Arena Radio – Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Arena Radio is operated by Tony Dibbin Limited (“we”, “us”).

The Arena Radio app does not ask for, collect or store any personal information. There are no accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no tracking. The list of recently played songs is kept only on your device.

Listening. When you play the live stream, your device connects to our streaming provider, which, like any web server, briefly records technical details such as your IP address in order to deliver the audio. We use this only in anonymous, combined form to count listeners.

Album artwork and links. Artwork is loaded from Apple’s servers. Links to our website, Facebook, Instagram, TuneIn or Nation Player open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Contact. Questions about this policy: tonydibbin@playarenaradio.com

Under UK data protection law you may contact us, or the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), about how your data is handled.
